What Are the Terms for Using Germaine Tutoring Services?

1. Acceptance of Terms and Services Description

By accessing or using Germaine Tutoring services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Germaine Tutoring provides 1-on-1 LSAT preparation, diagnostic analysis, custom practice sets, and consulting services taught by Germaine Washington, a 180 LSAT scorer. I reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of my services at any time.

2. User Conduct and Student Portal Access

You agree to use my website, study materials, and student portal only for lawful personal LSAT preparation and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use of the services. Student portal accounts are for individual student use only.

3. Intellectual Property and Study Guides

All content included on germainetutoring.com and in my tutoring materials, curriculum lessons, explanations, and downloadable PDF guides is the property of Germaine Tutoring or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

4. Limitation of Liability and Contact Information
