Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Germaine Tutoring collects, uses, and protects student and visitor information across consultations, 1-on-1 LSAT tutoring, and the student portal. Last updated .

What Information Does Germaine Tutoring Collect?

1. Account, Consultation, and Scheduling Information

I collect information you provide directly to me when you create an account, book a free 30-minute consultation, purchase or schedule tutoring, upload materials, use the student portal, or contact me for support. Student accounts use a sign-in record with a one-way password hash and an application profile storing LSAT goals, score history, time balances, and study preferences.

2. LSAT Learning Records and Portal Progress

When you use portal learning tools, I store LSAT performance and study records, including lesson progress, homework assignments, practice sets, question attempts, blind review entries, wrong answer journal entries, reusable rules, and question exclusions to personalize tutoring and track score improvements.

3. Sessions, Notes, and Analytics

For tutoring operations, I store session dates, durations, student-facing summaries, structured recaps, homework resources, and uploaded study materials. Browser analytics captures page views, funnel events, and pseudonymous portal usage while excluding names, email addresses, free-form student notes, and LSAT question text.

How Can You Request Data Access, Export, or Deletion?

I take reasonable security measures to protect student records from unauthorized access or disclosure. You may contact Germaine Washington at germaine@germainetutoring.com at any time to request access to, export of, correction of, or deletion of your student records. Also see the Terms of Service.
